Alaska Airlines flight puts Washington state's Paine Field back on U.S. aviation map

Alaska Airlines became the first commercial carrier in decades to fly from Everett, Washington on Monday. United will join them this summer, giving Seattle residents an alternative to Sea-Tac and the traffic involved in getting there.
